The institute is actively promoting work culture among the student and faculty members are encouraging them to undertake welfare measures for the betterment of the society particularly in the areas adjacent to it within the radius of 5 to 10 kilometers. Successive welfare programmes have been launched by the NSS wing of the institutions to create awareness among the students towards social services. Cleanliness drive under the banner of NSS has been successfully launched showing solidarity which Gov. of India sponsored ‘Swachhata Mission’. Very recently a seminar was arranged on the issue of ADS to mark World ADS Day.  The speakers unanimously agreed that proper literacy drive and awareness programmed should be launched to restrain the hydra headed tentacles of the dreaded dragon ADS and curb the growing menace of the disease posed to the people in the developing counties which claims thousands of life every years for want of proper remedial measures.
